How Does It Work?

For the first 4 weeks, together we decide on the foods you eat, set out portions and you send us a picture of everything you eat. We discuss changes to the plan as we go and after 4 weeks you have a plan that suits you and your life 😀. We weigh once a week, there are no protein shakes, cutting out carbohydrates or anything crazy. If you decide to continue we will become your online coach, with home or gym workouts which are a lot easier than you think they are going to be. 1234 FoodPlan is the best food plan for weight loss that also, helps you to develop healthy habits easily.

Common Misconception About Signing Up To The Maximus 1234 FoodPlan

Getting a lot of enquiries about the plan and we’ve noticed people have an idea of how it works from what they see posted on social media but some of it can put people off.

So, we thought we would go through some of the misconceptions....!!

No! Not unless it’s agreed first. Occasionally we will post pics of scales but only with permission. Same with everything we post. Things can be posted anonymously or not at all.

No. These are good to visually be able to see the change but again we won’t post without permission and you don’t even have to send them to me if you don’t want to. However, a lot of people like to send them because they’re very proud of their progress.​

You don’t have to be T-total to lose weight!
Believe me.

And by far our favourite that made me laugh this morning...

NO !!! 😂 The start-up call is to get introduced (usually face to face but for obvious reasons not at the moment), discuss what food you like or don’t like. Explain the plan and how it works, then agree on a plan to suit you. It’s far more effective than trying to do it all through messages. Takes 15-20 mins and then you’re set up.
