The plan is customised based on your current physical condition, meals to consume and activity levels for the first 4 weeks. As everybody is different, our experts customise a plan for each individual. Once your plan is set up, the food planner automatically finds recipes that suit you.Here is an example:
- 1. Boiled eggs and spinach. Poached or scrambled with spinach or any vegetable you like. Or a vegetable omelette. Or, Philadelphia light, Ryvita and cucumber x2. Or, turkey, bacon, lettuce and tomato wrap x2.
- 2. Porridge or Weetabix. 37g sachet or 50g pot of any flavour you like with milk.
- 3. Chicken and vegetables or salad. Breast, thigh or leg. Any flavour – jerk, BBQ, peri-peri, lemon. A little dressing on the salad or vegetable if you like.
- 4. Any lean meat or fish with sweet potatoes or new potatoes and vegetables. The introduction of rice and pasta is done when recommended.
