The M+ Plan is for existing customers that have previously been on the plan for 8+ weeks.
1-2-3-4 is the main plan where the meal plan is tailored by our Ben for the individual client. The M+ is a continuation of the main plan, best suitable for those who have earlier been on the main plan and are confident to continue without sending food images.
The M+ is a follow on plan. Weekly weigh-ins but individual food pictures aren’t responded to as they are on the main plan.
