My name is Ben Rickwood, I have been a Personal Trainer for the past 25 years. In that time I have seen every method of weight loss from starvation diets, carbless diets and the good old shake diets. Through tried and tested means with both myself and my clients I have found that a lot of the plans currently out there are unsustainable and unrealistic for someone with a busy lifestyle and a family. Can totally recommend Ben and the plan! You get full on support with food options and walking and then watch the scales go down! Can’t recommend it enough!

An amazing food plan, really easy to stick to, even for an extremely busy twin mum.. no fancy meal preps, no shakes… makes you love food and lose weight at the same time.
Getting a lot of enquiries about the plan and we’ve noticed people have an idea of how it works from what they see posted on social media but some of it can put people off.
So, we thought we would go through some of the misconceptions….!!
No! Not unless it’s agreed first. Occasionally we will post pics of scales but only with permission. Same with everything we post. Things can be posted anonymously or not at all.
You don’t have to be T-total to lose weight!
Believe me. And by far our favourite that made me laugh this morning...
No. These are good to visually be able to see the change but again we won’t post without permission and you don’t even have to send them to me if you don’t want to. However, a lot of people like to send them because they’re very proud of their progress.
The plan can be done completely online.

NO !!! 😂 The start-up call is to get introduced (usually face to face but for obvious reasons not at the moment), discuss what food you like or don’t like. Explain the plan and how it works, then agree on a plan to suit you. It’s far more effective than trying to do it all through messages. Takes 15-20 mins and then you’re set up.
