Signed up after having her baby. Still doing night feeds so we discussed a plan over FaceTime that would work best for her. Got going and 7 weeks on 1 stone down ! With a 4 week old baby I needed something that was simple and quick to follow and the 1234 Food Plan is exactly that. I have loved the process on the maximus 1234 plan. This 1234 Food Plan has been perfect for me as it’s simple. I’m not excluding food groups and I can eat all my usual foods and still cook one meal for my family. I’ve still lived my life too, in my 12 weeks I’ve been on holiday, weekends away, weddings, birthdays, nights out etc. and it’s still worked.
I’ve received support and encouragement and feel amazing for it. I’m signing up for another 12 weeks because the support has been fantastic and it’s keeping me accountable so I don’t lose my way and revert to my old bad habits. Thanks guys, I’ve loved this journey’

Weight Loss half a stone in 4 weeks 😀 Started the plan 4 weeks ago, I have a weird work schedule to work round but on the initial set up Ben was really supportive and gave me great ideas to work around that, I’ve always struggled with food portions but having spoken to Ben he’s given great advise to control that and the results speak for themselves, you can be as creative as you like with the 1234 Food Plan and I’ve been able to try new foods and I’m eating more fruit and veg then ever before, I had a slip up in week 3 but back on track now and wasn’t made to feel bad about the gain which was great, just supported and encouraged to get back on track, I can’t wait to see what the next weeks progress will be 😊 Weight loss: 1/2 Stone Duration: 4 Weeks

So we reduced that exercise that right down. Focus is getting good right and walking, then increase the activity. When I explain this to people they often aren’t sure it will work but look at Sarah. She listened and 4 weeks in she’s seeing and feeling the result.
I had heard about the plan from a friend, and heard how much she had lost. I was struggling with my weight despite being a really active person in crossfit, gym, powerlifting and cycling. I would go through spats of using fitness tracking apps lose a point or two and stop again. Tapping and tracking was becoming exhausting. I knew portion size was a problem, not necessarily what I was eating.
Ben and the team have been amazing, holding me accountable through each meal. Even through the wobbly days, it has been a great support. Even walling to town now to pickup groceries! I am really pleased with the results so far and looking forward to the next four weeks!”
