8 Weeks 14lbs weight loss
Abi signed up on plan 8 weeks ago.
Sure she won’t mind me saying there have been a few weeks she has got frustrated with the scales but we kept it going and we have got the 1 stone loss.
On plan with her husband and found she was comparing weekly loss but
everyone is different and finding what works for you as an individual with the food and activity is what will pay off.
The 1234 food plan is so easy to do. I have not felt hungry at all! The motivation of my daily photos and coaching messages make all the difference.
