4 Weeks 15lbs weight loss

Like with all sign ups we had a FaceTime to go through the plan and agreed to introduce walks and leave other exercise to get the weight down without over exercising and being really hungry. Took it all on board and got a great 4 week result !! In just 4 weeks with 1234 plan total weight loss is 15lbs!
I just want to say a massive thank you for the help and the motivation. Now I’m going to take what I’ve learnt from the 4 weeks and try and lose more! It’s been a great journey  and I really appreciate all your help! I could not recommend you enough 😊
