Only 8 weeks between these photos !! Andy has a busy life , work, children so fits the plan around that . Doesn’t have a lot of spare time for working out so walking has suited him really well and got him results !! Really simple method to drop weight. Very determined to get to a certain goal in the next 4 weeks so watch out for the next update 💪🏼

4 Weeks – 21lbs Down
4 weeks in to a 12 week sign up and amazing loss already . Keeps his portions in check and follows plan very well . Now we’ve dropped a good amount of weight he’s adding in some extra exercise now on top of the walks . ‘I’m feeling good already. I wake up in the morning and I’m on it. I used to just mope about the house. Its crazy what a few simple changes can do in such a short space of time. One thing I’ll say I’ve noticed since eating healthier is I’ve always suffered from eczema. My hand have cleared up massively. Don’t know if its coincidence but surely is connected.
