Only 8 weeks between these photos !! Andy has a busy life , work, children so fits the plan around that . Doesnโt have a lot of spare time for working out so walking has suited him really well and got him results !! Really simple method to drop weight.

4 Weeks – 21lbs Down
4 weeks in to a 12 week sign up and amazing loss already . Keeps his portions in check and follows plan very well . Now weโve dropped a good amount of weight heโs adding in some extra exercise now on top of the walks .
