Angie had been following slimming world for a long time and weight was at a stand still. So she wanted to change her method and we have smashed the first stone off πŸ˜€
She’s enjoying the simple approach and eating the food she likes in the right portions.
I never dreamt that I would say that I would be enjoying a weight loss program but I really am. I particularly enjoy the walking especially early morning walks. The food plan is great and so easy to follow I don’t know how I was eating such large portions before. Ben is amazing offering constant positive support he has always answered every message I have sent which is so inspiring. Thank you Ben with your ongoing support I am looking forward to kicking the next 16 pounds into history.
