Some more Monday Motivation !!
Ashleigh needed something that wasn’t too complicated and still gave her some freedom to enjoy a meal out, without feeling guilty. Introduced walks to get activity up and it’s gone so well !! Already extended her plan 😀
I have tried loads of diets in the past, including slimming world which was just so over complicated to follow. Ben has been nothing but straight forward and supportive and this has got to be the easiest food plan I’ve done! I’m only just getting started and have extended my plan as I’ve been so pleased with my results so far. Thanks Ben for being the best!
