Decided on walking and keeping just a couple of HIIT sessions that he was doing . Food wise we set out a plan, he’s had the odd day not quite on plan or feeling there wasn’t much happening but 5 weeks on he’s seeing great results. Tried to keep things simple as he has a habit of slightly over thinking the readings on apps. Just stick to the basics of walking and getting food right and results will come ! He’s even enjoyed a couple of pints 😁 Still going with this one 5 weeks 12lbs down
