4 Weeks 17lbs weight loss
“So I joined the 1,2,3,4 food plan 4 weeks ago I was a bit worried as I’ve tired every diet going from shakes, to weight watchers and then just normal weight loss tricks nothing worked and my mood was always so bad on these kind of diets as I wasn’t getting enough food through it.
So I’ve been looking at then 1,2,3,4 food plan for a while now and thought I’d give it ago after seeing so many results with it,
