12 weeks after signing and the results are showing nicely. One of the easiest people I have ever worked with in terms of being realistic. Shrugs off a gain as she always knows exactly why and just gets on with it. Have been adjusting exercise around a niggling injury and a very busy work schedule. Another 12 weeks planned from tomorrow and she is smashing it!!
