12 Weeks – 2 Stone Down
Nearly at the end of 12 weeks of plan
Dan put in a great effort this time round. Got his portions sorted and slowly adjusted things along the way. Cutting back on the fizzy drinks and finding the right balance between food and activity. 4 hour walks not the best idea 😂
Still enjoys the pub on a Friday night but knows how to do it sensibly .
Really got the hang of things now and into a nice routine with food . So good to see him gaining confidence and seeing good progress .
