Putting in all the work but not seeing the change you were hoping for ??
Would spend hours in the gym before she finally handed herself over to the 1234 FoodPlan 😂
Going to keep going in January as there’s still a few things we want to work on but what a great 6 weeks !
So nice to be able to eat normally again! No more faddy eating for me! In the beginning I wasn’t convinced this plan was for me but after seeing my friends amazing results I thought I’d give it a go.
Wanted really to get my eating sorted, like lots of people I’ve spent years cutting out food groups and following diet fads that I couldn’t sustain in the long run. Without sounding too dramatic I feel like I’ve got my life back, no more spending six hours a week in the gym, I can sit and eat dinner with the kids and go out for meals and have a few drinks too.
I’m the lightest I’ve been in 12 years and with minimal effort, it’s so simple to follow. I would recommend this 1234 Food Plan to everyone and I just wish I hadn’t waited so long, see you in January Ben and thanks for everything.
