4 Weeks 6kg weight loss

Wanted to get some better eating habits in place and needed to learn how to eat and move to get the results he wanted. Still had meals out and take always but we have worked together on how to adjust the day to allow for them. Not complicating things, just keeping it simple.
I feel loads better about my self in just 4 weeks, I can’t wait to keep smashing the plan! Ben is super helpful and supportive. I couldn’t recommend 1,2,3,4 enough.
