4 weeks on plan and ready to maintain 😀
Danielle noticed she was putting some weight on and just wanted to prevent it from steadily increasing so decided to sign up to plan.
Just eating less and moving more.
She’s really happy with body shape and is signing off to self manage.
Starting this 1234 food plan made me realise very quickly my portion sizes were absolutely ridiculous and I didn’t need to eat as much as I was. Ben was always a text away when I needed anything which was great! A really easy diet to follow ☺️
