We started at the beginning of January and this wasn’t a New Years resolution that was going to start and finish in the same week!!
Nearly 4 months into plan, loving the walks and once we got a good amount of weight of Doreen has stepped it up and started getting some PT sessions in with Dan Case-elson .

I have battled weight my whole life and enough was enough with a young son I was determined to change .
Maximus 1,2,3,4 plan is easy to follow and simple yet so effective makes perfect sense and still get to eat foods I love .

I love the walking now too so much more energy.

7 Weeks 15lbs weight loss

Worked with Doreen for 7 weeks now and she is really starting to see and feel the difference. Overcome a few frustrating barriers during this time and really worked on building her confidence with her food choices and not beating herself up over a 1lb loss πŸ˜€
