12 Weeks 39lbs Weight Loss
Handed himself in 12 weeks ago and said I best sort this out. Flat out at work we sat down and decided that no exercise for the first 8 weeks was our best option to keep his food down and energy for work at the right level. After 8 weeks we introduced 2×30 mins weight sessions a week taking us up to now.
Good habits installed, training to continue and nearly 3 stone off! Good times! Still more to go so watch this space!
