This is the results from 4 weeks on plan !!! 4 weeks of getting food and exercise right. Wasn’t exhausting herself with workouts just walking and some bike rides. There was actually a savage cycling accident half way through which meant she was limited on activity for a bit .
Didn’t stop her getting a great result though 😀
