Sent me a message on December 15th asking for more info because she was โ€˜fed up of eating rice and chicken for mealsโ€™ ๐Ÿ˜€
She had seen this 1234 food plan promoted a realistic approach so we got her started. Sits at a desk a lot during the day so we got her moving and she hasnโ€™t felt too restricted food wise, which has made it easier for her to stick to without feeling miserable.
Feel a lot more energetic in the mornings despite not being a morning person ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
After trying several meal plans and juice diets I was fed up with feeling fat and bloated with bad skin! Several people had mentioned 1234 food plan and had amazing results so I went for it and never looked back! Iโ€™d always felt guilty about a treat and would be a secret snacker! Now I enjoy my snacks and treats.
