This client has tried a lot of different methods for weight loss and that has led to her having a bad relationship with food. We have worked on balance and not holding a negative association towards certain foods. Comparison pics have helped with seeing the change in shape as well as just focusing on scales.
I’ve tried every diet in the past, meaning I didn’t have a good relationship with food (or myself!).
