12 Weeks 13lbs loss

This client has tried a lot of different methods for weight loss and that has led to her having a bad relationship with food. We have worked on balance and not holding a negative association towards certain foods. Comparison pics have helped with seeing the change in shape as well as just focusing on scales.
I've tried every diet in the past, meaning I didn't have a good relationship with food (or myself!).
This plan is so easy to follow and having Ben as a food coach is such a big help and keeps me on track.
12 weeks in and I'm really starting to notice the difference. My self confidence is slowly coming back too. would recommend Maximus1234 to anyone!
