On the left going into lockdown and on the right coming out of lockdown !!! Holly has completed her first 4 weeks on plan . She signed up after getting frustrated with not seeing results from the exercise she was doing . Finding it hard to lose weight even though she was doing a lot of hit sessions !
We slowed the workouts down and got her walking more and doing a couple of her online workouts a week.
Once food was right her weight was dropping and she was seeing more results from exercise. Just had to get the balance so food and exercise were complimenting each other .
Frustrated with the scales on week 3 but we figured it was due to not drinking enough water so we got that good on the final week and these are the results
