Ultimately it’s determination that will get you where you want to be. Been working with holly now for nearly a year with a couple of breaks in between. If handling stress was a full time job then she’s nailed it! We’ve had bad days, bad weeks and a really bad month through this. However, she always got back to it making sure the good days outnumbered the bad! Smashed walks which have become her mainstay of exercise through this with her daughter Millie in tow! Really happy for her man! She earnt this!
