Carly had lost some weight going it alone but then found she needed some guidance to keep going. Best part is she has become so much more relaxed with the scales, not obsessing over the numbers or weighing every day.
She can see and feel like change and she’s feeling really good since starting.

4 Weeks 12 lbs weight loss

Carly had done well on her own but then needed some help as she had hit a wall. Portions and snacking were the focus and the accountability of sending the food pictures has worked wonders. Still going but smashing it so far !!
Having lost some weight myself I was struggling to lose anymore , I was walking daily and eating the right foods , but was eating to much of the right foods , Ben had helped me regain my portion sizes and has helped me to stop snacking as I didn’t realise how much I was picking 🙈 . Drinking water has been a big challenge as I never drank a lot but with daily reminders from Ben I don’t even think about it now and drink loads . I have more energy , have dropped a dress size and feel the plan is so easy to stick to . 4 weeks done 12 pound lost excited to see what the next 4 weeks brings , really enjoying the plan .
