Produced some insane meals to fit to plan and has got great results in 8 weeks . Sorted food before adding in too much exercise. No longer fussed about what the scales say because she can see the results in the mirror . Really pleased with how this one has goneΒ πŸ’ͺ🏼
Just finished the second 4 weeks stint. Wasn’t as bothered about getting on the sad step this time as I picked up the weights again and just felt a bit more relaxed with everything. So, not as much weight loss but happy with the body shape and strength improvements. Still enjoying experimenting with the cooking (some work out better than others πŸ˜‚) and I feel like I have hit a happy balance of food, exercise and life. Thanks Ben, I will sign up again just to keep me focused until I go in holiday and then you can fix me when I get back πŸ™ŒπŸ» πŸ˜€β€οΈπŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸ‹πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸŒŽ
