My first sign up of 2019! Took a while to get to grips with Jas but after many times head butting each other we got to a happy point where she has self managed food for months now. Training with Scotty and learning powerlifting and throwing in a few treadfits, Jas has had a great year at Maximus! Small frame to start with making this a great result! Started January for 12 weeks. Self manages food now. 19 lbs loss!
