Started the plan 4 weeks ago, I have a weird work schedule to work round but on the initial set up Ben was really supportive and gave me great ideas to work around that, I've always struggled with food portions but having spoken to Ben he's given great advise to control that and the results speak for themselves, you can be as creative as you like with the 1234 Food Plan and I've been able to try new foods and I'm eating more fruit and veg then ever before, I had a slip up in week 3 but back on track now and wasn't made to feel bad about the gain which was great, just supported and encouraged to get back on track, I can't wait to see what the next weeks progress will be 😊 Weight loss: 1/2 Stone Duration: 4 Weeks
