Proving that even when life gets stressful you can still be in control of what you eat. Jess had done the plan before but over Christmas had got back in the habit of eating more chocolate and sweet treats. She just wanted a bit of accountability as she knows it helps her get results.
This is the lightest I’ve been since I was at school! I love this plan, so easy to follow as I can still have my favorite foods just in proportion!
Can’t wait to see what another 4 weeks will do:)
