Another client that started off with a small weight but wanted to get some get in the habit of eating better. Didn’t stick to the blueprint the whole time but balanced things by making sure she kept active with walks . Very pleased that she took progress pictures as it shows just how much her shape has changed over the 4 weeks !!! I’m more happy with the results in the mirror! I didn’t think I would change much but that’s after only 4 weeks! I think I’m going to self manage food from now. You’ve definitely helped me look at food differently!
