Started working with Joan in February.
We discussed the plan and set portion sizes along with walks. Started sending in her food pics and we’ve spoken on messenger daily since. Joan didn’t tell anyone she was doing this as she’s tried a good few other plans in the past and found them difficult to stick to. Not this time, no carb cutting or meal replacements needed to get the results you want.
