Got quite a few couples on plan together at the moment. These two have just finished 4 weeks. Both of them have done really well , managed portions well and got their activity in. Looking forward to the next stage on their return from holiday.
I started the 1234 FoodPlan as like a lot of people I'm sure, I ate and drank a lot more than I should have during lockdown The plan was perfect to drop the weight I gained, whilst still having the odd treat, maintaining the gym as well as walking, and a little extra education on portion control! I'm now having a week off on holiday and will then be back on plan to try a different twist on the plan for the next 4 weeks. Ben offers great advice and would recommend 👌 😀❤️👊🏼🌎🏋🏼‍♂️
