Dropped me a message saying that he wanted to lose some lbs and get more active. We hatched a plan that worked around his long days and we discussed the foods he liked and what was convenient. He upped his activity, got portions bang on and enjoyed the results that came in weekly. Odd beer, chicken kebab and good times man!
