Sometimes it’s just a case of needing that bit of motivation to get you on track and that’s exactly what the plan did for Karen πŸ˜€
Although I eat healthy meals, I was picking all through the day because of my job and the temptation was too great to resist crisps and cake .
Some close members of my family enrolled in the maximus 1 2 3 4 plan and have had great results .
It’s easy to follow and sending photos for every meal has help keep me motivated . I was eating too big meals and picking . Ben has been a great support with suggestions of what to eat when I am shifts. Although I walk dogs every day, I have increased my pace and enjoyed the challenge .
I am very happy . I am out tonight and wearing a dress I have not worn for years .

Shift pattern at work means Karen is often awake for long periods of time and she was snacking a lot to get through. We discussed a plan that would work for her and kept it fresh, bring in some different options as we went. Worked on portions and upping the pace of her walking and the weight started dropping πŸ˜€
