Starting to really understand what the plan is about, if you fall off you can just get straight back too it . Recognizing when she’s hungry or if she’s just wanting to pick at things because she’s stressed out. Once you get to know you’re habits it’s easier to change them.
Important thing is just keeping in contact so we can work through the more stressful days together. Still going on this one but great results so far 😀
