Smashed the main plan now moved to M+ to keep some accountability in place. He’s really got the gist of the plan and how to make it work best for him. Preps his food for the working day and keeps himself active. You don’t need to be in the gym constantly to get results.
I started this plan wanting to lose weight an get myself fitter, Ben’s plan I thought was the best fit for me an I was right, from the start it was easy to follow and didn’t feel like a diet just thinking of what you are eating an exercise regularly. The plan is great accountability on what you are doing all the time!

Lee handed himself in 8 weeks ago. Wanted to get his weight down but didn’t want to feel restricted, hungry and it needed to be easy to follow. Set him up with a plan and he got going. We’ve made a few changes along the way but stuck to eating less and moving more.
