What started as a plan to get her feeling more comfortable and ready for an upcoming holiday turned into a complete change around of lifestyle. Embraced the buzz of increasing her activity and followed the correct process of getting her food and steps up and then hitting the gym as the process brought the desired results.

Along with her kickboxing sessions with Richard Dunsmore Lianne has smashed this out the park! We stopped weighing weekly after a while as Lianne had learnt that once you are in the gym lifting you are past the numbers game on the scales and can increase food whilst still smashing the results.

Weight down. Strength up. Health increased. Very proud of her achievement! It was bloody amazing holiday! I just wish I brought more bikinis to wear! I couldn’t have done it without you though Ben, you have been absolutely amazing and I can never thank you enough!!
