Makes so happy when clients check in to say how they are getting on. We started out on this so simple so we could nail the structure and just increased her activity as we went. Smashed it!

I started on the 1,2,3,4 plan in March and haven't looked back. It's made me more aware of portion sizes and what I consume. I also have built up to walking 60 mins a day, and given I'm an office worker this has been brilliant for my health and mental well being. I am now fit enough to workout in the gym and continuing to drive forward for further improvements. It's simple really balancing your inputs and outputs .. I feel great
