Louise had seen her friends were getting and at the start of January decided to give it a try. We started by getting the weight down with walks and then added in some additional workouts. She is now ready to sign off and self manage πŸ˜€
Feeling confident to apply what she has learnt on plan and keep things going.
I have tried so many different diets in my life and although some have worked not all of them have been sustainable. A couple of my friends have been on the 1234 plan and have done so well on it, so with with another lockdown in place I decided to give it a go and I am so glad I did. I love that it was so easy to follow and that you aren’t restricted to what you can eat. I love that you can still have a takeaway if you want to its just about portion control. Most of all I love that you don't have to do loads of cardio just a few walks (I hate cardio πŸ˜’πŸ˜‚). Thank you so much Ben for helping me for the past 12 weeks, feel like I have my confidence back, feel happier and most importantly healthier πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏻
