Desperately wanted to get back on the pitch playing football. This being his motivation we got him walking only for 4 weeks then a few little jogs and anything specific for him to lace up a pair of boots again. Struggled a bit with the three go.den rules to start with and the fact he could eat the foods he likes in the right portion. Thought it would have to be chicken breast and broccoli all the way! 12 weeks on plan. Back on the pitch, loving a chicken kebab.
