4 weeks in and Matt is in a much better place with food. He just needed some direction on where to start and now he’s confident enough to self manage.
I was stuck in rut and wanted to lose weight but didn’t no where to start. I kept reading up about the 1234 diet and heard of a few people doing/done it so thought I would give ago.
To start with was a bit hard with the food change but I’ve really enjoyed doing it and eating a lot more cleaner and healthy and getting the portion size right!
It’s not just a diet but it’s a life change so happy with my results.
