5 Weeks 7lbs weight loss

5 weeks on plan and absolutely smashing it !! In duration of 5 weeks with 1234 food plan my total weight loss is 7lbs.
Biggest thing with this one is maintaining the psychological side of things. Not obsessing over the scales and recognizing the positive change. Got another few weeks on plan so the aim is to build on this .
Still able to enjoy a normal social life and get into shape !
