I have loved the process on the maximus 1234 plan. This 1234 Food Plan has been perfect for me as it’s simple. I’m not excluding food groups and I can eat all my usual foods and still cook one meal for my family. I’ve still lived my life too, in my 12 weeks I’ve been on holiday, weekends away, weddings, birthdays, nights out etc. and it’s still worked.
