12 weeks 35lbs weight loss

Training but not seeing the results as much as you think you should be? Probably due to your food! Miranda was doing well training with Dan Case-elson who has always motivated her and kept her going. He suggested she get in touch to start on plan to get the food side sorted and now 35lbs lighter, she’s glad she did.
12 weeks ago I was the heaviest i have ever been and felt really down because of it. I spoke to my wonderful PT Dan about it and thankfully he suggested that I look into the 1,2,3,4 maximus plan. I am so glad I did. After decades of struggling with my weight and going back and forwards with Slimming world and Weight Watchers i finally found an easy plan that I can stick to. Move more eat less plus having support online every day is the best way to lose the weight. This plan just makes sense. I can still eat my favourite food and lose weight. It even helped me to stop drinking alcohol. How cool is that? I feel i have turned a huge corner in my weightloss. Healthwise i feel so much better.
