Signed up got her plan together with what foods would work best for her, over a quick Face Time and off she went.
Still eaten out and enjoyed herself but we have worked together to work the day round it. No intense workouts and got a great loss in the first 4 weeks.
No shakes or meal replacements. All done eating real food !!
I didn’t realise how much I was over eating until I started this diet. I had always struggled with losing weight and found it hard to know what to eat and what not to eat. Since this diet I feel so much better and more confident that I can keep it up in the future.
