“12 weeks on plan and over 31lb down and absolutely delighted with my progress. What can I say about this food plan? Well it's just amazing!! It took a lot of thinking about it and putting it off (for months) before I signed up. I'd lost 100lb previously but the weight had crept back on throughout this year and I didn't want to undo all the hard work I'd put in previously but knew I didn't have it in me to go it alone.
I was still skeptical about whether I was ready or not when I signed up, but after talking it all through with Ben and getting started it all fell into place. I found my determination again!
The plan is so easy to stick to, I feel like I'm eating the most varied diet I've eaten in years, the walking is easy to fit into my busy life and the results speak for themselves. I couldn't have done it without Ben's support and reassurance, so thankyou Ben for everything.”
