Nicola had gained a bit of weight over lockdown and She decided to give the 1234 foodplan a try. She wanted something that would be sustainable for her, not restricting her too much, making it difficult to stick to 4 weeks in and loving it so far. In the duration of 4 weeks my total weight loss is 11lbs.
After hearing the success story of others and one of my close friends I thought I would give it a go. I've tried so many diets and fads and needed something that gave me structure and that didn't deprive me of treats and gin! Lockdown weight has been hard to shift but this food plan works, like, it really works. I've lost weight and my shape has changed. Still a way to go yet until completely body confident, but I'll keep going and with all the help and encouragement, I can definitely get to my target by mid July!
