12 Weeks 21.5lbs weight loss

First picture was taken 5 days before Nicole started on plan. She wasn’t feeling her best and knew she had gained some weight. This led her to give the 1234 a try.
Started on plan at the end of April and got her weight down by getting her food right and walking. She sent a picture of everything she ate, increased her water intake and kept in contact each day.
In June we added in some PT sessions.
