1234! Natacha Frampton! 20th may 2019 Natasha comes into see me desperate to get control of her eating. The following months saw some of the funniest movements I’ve had on this plan, the most dramatic and when the times was right discussed the tougher times of the plan when her eating was going all over the place! If you think that anyone who embarks on changing eating habits just do it easily then you are mistaken. It’s hard! Very hard! Told me how it was on first meeting. I’m eating and drinking way too much and at my age I need to do something about it…so he did. Grasped plan immediately and never looked back, not once. Did 8 weeks with just walking and then hit the gym for 2×30 min pt sessions lifting. 8 weeks of that and he is a different person commenting on the positive affect it has had in all aspects of his life. Self manages food now and is loving the gym.
The 1234 FoodPlan has had such a positive impact on my life . It’s not just a diet for weight loss . I originally started the plan as I was going to the gym but had stopped seeing changes and I wanted to tone up before my wedding . I’m a working mum of two and day to day life is busy but the plan completely fits around that . It only took 1 week for me to start to notice changes, I had more energy , my skin was clearer and I was sleeping so much better. My night time panic attacks had stopped after week 3 and it was all because I was eating the right foods and not bingeing on high sugar foods like I used to . There’s no counting ‘sins’ or feeling guilty about having a treat you just learn how to be sensible with food. By week 4 I had dropped 6lbs and my shape had changed and body fat massively reduced. The food you need isn’t breaking the bank and is easily incorporated in the weekly, family shop. After just 4 weeks I was confident with the plan and now I do it alone . Pops in on the strength of Tony Harbour results saying if he can do it etc! Did seem a bit dubious at first as it was a different approach to anything he had tried in previous years through high level rugby and years in the armed forces. Commute to London everyday and is out with clients a lot. This has doesn’t have to stop anyone! So pleased for Kim on this first 4 weeks and the next will be just as successful! Been a good laugh this one! So Ben tomorrow is 4 weeks but I don’t have access to scales. On that note I weighed in this AM and am 27lbs down- mental that’s two bloody stone! As I’ve said before, I always thought PT’s were gimps and ginger people tried to eat others souls, however you’ve proved me wrong on both! Energy, mental focus, sleep, weight and overall well-being are worlds apart and I really can’t thank you enough. Having played a decent level of sport and been through various methods over the years, I’ve never really lost any weight and have actually just kept gaining. 1234 maybe simple but it’s a result driven business and you’re leading the way. Looking forward to the next 4 weeks and then taking over the world. 4 weeks 27lbs loss.
Started plan middle of may. Was determined to get hold of her eating and change her lifestyle habits. I’ve posted her results as we’ve gone but it’s always cool when someone signs off confident they can do it on their own and self manage food. She has been walking and recently started the home workouts I sent her. It’s huge achievement to keep going going through the ups and downs of a weight loss journey and accept why some weeks are better than others. Then you have school holidays, all inclusive holidays and girls nights out. This proves this plan is a lifestyle choice, not too restrictive and easy to follow without being a good twat. Last weigh in today.. Haven’t lost loads this month. But since I’ve added in the home work out you sent me, Even I can see how much my body shape is changing! Which Is way better than the number on the scales! 37.5lb loss since middle of May.. Happy with that! Started may. 37.5lbs loss.
Our original consultation was done on a bus via FaceTime. This set the tone for what was a hilarious first 4 weeks on plan. Amazing results, a new outlook on food and portions and a great summer was had. Signed up for second phase and she pretty self managed from there. Contact was sporadic but checking in now and then just to say things were cool. Messaged me earlier today to say portions still on, will start the home workout video I have sent when she has time and still dropping weight! a complete lunatic but really happy for her! Also…. I’ve had a few cheats in these last few weeks. But making my meals all good. But I’ve have some chocolate here.And a cheeky kfc even on a hangover. So my start weight was 13 st 11 lbsAnd now I’m 12st 3lbs 12 weeks, 8 weeks self managed.
Came to gym but was very aware her back had been sore for a long time and was making her very unhappy. We booked a pt session to see how she moves and what she was able to do. I advised that she saw physio Mick Quinn who put her on the right path to getting it sorted. 1pt a week, followed every bit of advice I gave her, walked loads and started to believe in herself more that she could do this! and she has! It’s most definatly nice to find somewhere to workout where theres absolutely no judgement. I’ve walked into many of gyms where it feels like they’re reading out of a manual, getting non results whilst watching my money go down the drain. I’ve never achieved losing more than 7lbs when on slimming world or gyms. I’ve never been asked what exercise I enjoy or what food I like to eat before… that was so strange to hear. I just wanted to say chocolate 🤣 and as for recommending someone to me for my back… I didn’t think I’d ever get it sorted! Certainly helps when you have someone who believes in you before you do yourself. So, thank you! 7 weeks on plan. 14lbs down.
All the way out in oz and wanting to get in shape in a sensible way! If I was to say now he gave up living, didn’t drink, didn’t have a pizza or went out with other half Deandra Hadden who is also on plan and had fun I’d be taking shit! This is how much rubbish there is in this industry! Get portions right, the workouts I sent are so easy to do, we just concentrated on the effort put in. There was no hero shit! Just Lee getting his sessions done, eating right and having a life. 8 weeks this took! We have I think 8 weeks left on this and it’s not a transformation where he has given up everything so his enthusiasm is just rising as we go! Last weigh in today after 12 weeks on my plan! Been great fun, grasped plan well and is ready to self manage now. Very happy 32lb down in 12 weeks. this has been with a holiday and the kids of school for 6 weeks at work with all the food temptations. Lots of nights out and some heavy weekends 🤪🥂🍸🍷 Thank you so much for all your help I am now going to brave it alone. And come to the gym and find something for me and my daughter. X 12 weeks 32 lbs down.
