Beer monster! Swapped beer for gin as he was adamant he won’t give up his two nights a week in the pub. Instead of just saying that can’t be done we worked out a way that would work. Not all plans are about giving up everything! Got him walking everyday for 4 weeks then two home workouts a week and after 8 weeks self manages food. Brilliant results this!
